Sky Sci-Fi
SyFy is now Sky Sci-Fi in the UK. The goal of the update is to establish the channel as the primary destination for science fiction, fantasy, and horror enthusiasts, maintaining its appeal to devoted sci-fi fans while also expanding its reach to a broader audience.
At the heart of this creative is an AI voice that is always present across the channel’s bumpers, idents and promos. The voice has a friendly and occasionally deadpan tone that infuses a sense of playfulness into the brand, never taking itself too seriously.
The animation of the AI line is fully automated and entirely driven by audio. The video below showcases a few different looks from early development stages.
